Air pistol remote team competition league 2023 - 2024

To prepare for the new league season, air pistol teams have the opportunity to prepare for remote competitions.
I would like to start with the team league in September 2023.
At least 16 teams must take part. Three air pistol shooter per team will be counted, but more shooter per team can be registered.

A competition program includes 40 shots. National and international teams are allowed.

A club can also register several teams, but the shooters may not be exchanged between the teams.

The shooters remain in the team in which they were first registered.

First, two qualifying competitions are shot. The classification results are based on the qualification results. A group round with three team-versus-team competitions follows and then (depending on the number of participating teams) semi-finals, quarter-finals and final competitions.

The teams do not have to shoot their competition together, but the complete result report must be available before the announced end date.

ATTENTION - In the group and final competitions, only shooters who have already taken part in the qualification may be used.

A team leader must be named for each team, who is responsible for the proper execution and reporting of the results.

The results must be entered and reported using a web-based form. Further details are contained in the announcement and competition regulations (will be published shortly).

Participation is free of charge, but a cost contribution of EUR 10.00 per team for the technical implementation is gladly accepted.

If you would like to take part in the team league, please send me information using the form below.

Registration deadline is September 1st, 2023

FAQ - frequently asked questions

Can I register substitute shooters? Can I register more than one substitute shooter? YES, you can also register substitute shooters during the ongoing competition. However, I do not accept that in the new season the qualification will be shot with different shooters than in the finals - the whole performance classification and fairness no longer makes sense. In the event of illness or work-related absences, please contact me BEFORE. Which is not allowed (because it then becomes too work-intensive) that shooters are swapped back and forth between several club teams. What is possible in our DSB league system, I can't show electronically here and can't do it manually. Anyone who shoots in a team is then also set for the current competition! Therefore you have to decide whether several shooters will be specified at the same time - I would not advise that, rather swap them in the ongoing competition if necessary.

Evaluation in the individual groups in the event of a tie

The league schedule comes from football sports. There, in addition to the points for won, lost or drawn games, the goal difference is looked at. So how many goals did you score in all games, how many goals did the opponents score? This results in a difference that can either be positive if you scored more goals yourself or a negative number if you conceded more goals.

This system is stored in the schedule and I also use it for the evaluation. In terms of shooting, how many rings did your own team shoot in relation to the rings of the opposing teams.

This rating makes my work a lot easier because I don't have to rate the lists manually, but can use the automatic calculation of the schedule app. It's also an advantage for viewers of the leagues, because what is displayed in the schedule app is really rated that way and is used for the automatic filling of the quarter-finals.

If there is a tie again, the team with the most shot rings wins.

If there is a tie when calculating the number of rings, the direct comparison of the team duel counts - but I hope that it will not come to that, because otherwise it will be complicated to show it in the schedule app.
